An ENSAE and Paris I graduate, ex-volunteer in Burkina-Faso, he spent 5 years at the OFCE and 6 years in Bercy (Budget Department). In 2000, he joined the AFD and monitored African economies. He held various operational positions in agencies (Cameroon, Madagascar) and at the Headquarters (responsible for China).
Forest-Biodiversity Project Manager since 2014, he runs and oversees projects in Asia (India, Indonesia), the Mediterranean (Turkey, Lebanon), Africa (CAR), Madagascar and the Caribbean (Haiti, CBF). Former Director of the Tri-national de la Sangha (FTNS) Foundation, AFD trainer and speaker for the University of Auvergne.
After WAVES, he is in charge of the OSS « REGIONAL COOPERATION FOR NEW ECOSYSTEM NATURAL CAPITAL ACCOUNTING INDICATORS IN AFRICA | COPERNICEA » project in 6 African countries.
